Content Removal & Complaints

Last updated: August 17, 2026

pornize.ai (the "Service") takes reports about harmful, non-consensual, or policy-violating content seriously. This page explains what we act on, how to report it, how quickly we respond, and what we do when a report is substantiated.

1. What This Policy Covers

Use this procedure to report:

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery — content that appears to depict you (or someone you represent) without consent.
  • Depictions of real, identifiable people created without their consent, notwithstanding our automated safeguards.
  • Content depicting minors (see Section 2 — zero tolerance).
  • Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse.
  • Impersonation or falsely attributing content to a real person.
  • Defamation or knowingly false statements of fact about an identifiable person.
  • Any other content that violates the Terms of Service, including Section 6.3 (Prohibited Uses).

For copyright complaints, please use our DMCA & Copyright Policy instead.

2. Zero Tolerance: Content Depicting Minors

Any content that appears to depict a minor is prohibited without exception. On receipt of a credible report, we will remove the content immediately, terminate the responsible account, preserve applicable evidence, and refer the matter to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law-enforcement authorities as appropriate.

If you need to report suspected child sexual abuse material urgently, please email us and, in parallel, report directly to report.cybertip.org.

3. How to Submit a Report

Send your report by email with the subject line Content Removal Request:

3.1 What to Include

  • The URL, share link, or video ID of the content you are reporting (please be as specific as possible so we can locate it).
  • A brief description of the concern and which category above it falls under.
  • For non-consensual imagery or depictions of a real person: a statement that you are the person depicted, or that you are authorized to act on their behalf, and that you did not consent to the content.
  • A way to reach you (an email address is sufficient) so we can follow up if we need more information or to confirm the outcome.

You do not need to be a registered user of the Service to submit a report.

4. Response Timeline

4.1 Urgent Reports

For content depicting minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or credible threats of imminent harm, we act as quickly as reasonably possible — typically the same day the report is received and reviewed.

4.2 Other Reports

For all other categories, we aim to remove substantiated content from active product surfaces within 30 days, consistent with Section 8.3 of the Terms of Service.

5. What We Do When a Report Is Substantiated

  • Public share links are deleted — the public URL stops resolving immediately.
  • The underlying project is marked deleted and its media references are cleared from the gallery and other active product surfaces.
  • Account action — depending on severity and history, the responsible account may be warned, suspended, or terminated under Section 10.2 of the Terms of Service.
  • Referrals to law-enforcement or specialist organizations where appropriate (see Section 2).

Copies of removed content that have already been downloaded and re-published on third-party channels outside our control may persist. Removal from the Service does not guarantee removal from the wider internet, but we will do everything within our control on the surfaces we operate.

6. Bad-Faith Reports

We reserve the right to reject, deprioritize, or decline to act on reports that appear to be submitted in bad faith, including reports intended to harass a user, suppress lawful content, or gain competitive advantage. Repeated bad-faith reports from the same reporter may lead to that reporter's messages being filtered.

7. Appeals

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was in error, reply to the notification email we sent you (or write to lets@pornize.ai with the subject line Removal Appeal) explaining why you believe the content should be restored. We will review appeals and respond within a reasonable time.

For copyright removals specifically, use the counter-notice procedure in our DMCA & Copyright Policy.
